The Examination Cell of Shillong Polytechnic is responsible for conducting all the End Term Theory and Practical Examinations. Two End Term Final Diploma examinations are conducted during an Academic Session. Normally the Odd Terms (Term I, III and V) and Even Terms (Term II, IV and VI) examinations are held around the month of November and May/June respectively as per the rules and guidelines of the Meghalaya State Council for Techincal Education (MSCTE).
