Welcome to the Department of Mechanical Engineering. In an era of rapid industrial transformation our department is committed in serving as a platform to provide technical education and skills needed for students. We aim to provide a supportive and innovative environment that encourages the students to pursue higher studies and research in the field by contributing as responsible individuals for the challenges of modern technological world

History

The department of Mechanical Engineering was established in the year 1978 with 30 students. The department provides a vital role in meeting the growing demand for skilled technical engineers in the industrial sector.

Courses

The department currently offers a 3 year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with an intake capacity of 30 seats.

To become the centre of excellence in technical education, producing versatile mechanical skills with ethical values helping in sustainable development for future industries.
